Important Information About International Shipping
Due to legal regulations that came into effect on August 12, 2026, I am currently only able to ship orders within Germany.
This was not my choice. Unfortunately, the new legal requirements place a significant administrative and financial burden on small handmade businesses like mine, making international shipping impossible for me at this time.
I am incredibly grateful to every single customer who has supported my small business over the years, no matter where you are in the world. It truly breaks my heart that I can no longer send my handmade creations to many of you.
If the legal situation changes in the future or a practical solution becomes available, I will gladly offer international shipping again.

All orders are prepared by me personally and packed with great care.
Depending on the size and weight of the order, shipping is carried out either as a letter shipment with Deutsche Post or as a DHL parcel with tracking.
Stickers, lettering, bookmarks, and (post)cards are usually shipped in sturdy letter format with basic tracking.
Larger or more delicate items (e.g. mugs) are, of course, shipped as a parcel with tracking.
Shipping within Germany

Smaller orders are shipped as a letter with Deutsche Post.
Standard letter (up to 21 g)
Shipping costs: €1.50
Letter / compact letter (22 g – 50 g)
Shipping costs: €2.20
These shipping methods are sent with basic tracking.
📦 Larger shipments
For larger orders or multiple items, shipping is carried out as a Maxi letter / BüWa.
Shipping costs: €3.90
📦 Parcel shipping (DHL)
Larger or bulky items are shipped as a DHL parcel with tracking.
Shipping costs: €6.99
✨ Free shipping:
From an order value of €35, shipping within Germany is automatically upgraded to a DHL parcel with tracking – free of charge.
Shipping within the European Economic Area (EEA)
Orders within the European Economic Area are usually shipped as international letter mail with Deutsche Post.

These shipping methods are sent with basic tracking.

Large letter / Maxi letter (up to 500 g)

📦 Parcel shipping
For larger orders, shipping is carried out as a DHL parcel with tracking.
Shipping costs: €13.99
✨ Free shipping:
From an order value of €60, shipping is automatically upgraded to a DHL parcel with tracking – free of charge.

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.
Additionally part of the EEA
Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.

Orders outside the European Economic Area are also shipped with Deutsche Post or DHL.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, high shipping volumes, or delays caused by shipping providers.
📑 Customs duties and import charges
For deliveries to countries outside the European Economic Area, customs duties or import charges may apply.
These charges are imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the buyer.
Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside my control.
