Shipping policy

All orders are prepared by me personally and packed with great care.
Depending on the size and weight of the order, shipping is carried out either as a letter shipment with Deutsche Post or as a DHL parcel with tracking.

Stickers, lettering, bookmarks, and (post)cards are usually shipped in sturdy letter format with basic tracking.
Larger or more delicate items (e.g. mugs) are, of course, shipped as a parcel with tracking.

Smaller orders are shipped as a letter with Deutsche Post.

Standard letter (up to 21 g)
Shipping costs: €1.50

Letter / compact letter (22 g – 50 g)
Shipping costs: €2.20

These shipping methods are sent with basic tracking.

For larger orders or multiple items, shipping is carried out as a Maxi letter / BüWa.

Larger or bulky items are shipped as a DHL parcel with tracking.

Orders within the European Economic Area are usually shipped as international letter mail with Deutsche Post.
